The Parkours is a course for gymnastics and physical wellness, the length is variable, along which are the various excercise stations. Each exercise is described by a signboard that describes the activity with texts, drawings and arrows, indicating the direction of the next station. The life course meets all the requirements for safety set out in European standards EN 16630 (Permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment – Safety requirements and test methods).
The equipment is covered by warranty and liability insurance that relieves the purchaser and the operator of the fitness area from any, however unlikely, liability caused by product defects. For additional safety and to exclude dangers for children attending the fitness area, the safety standards for playgrounds EN 1176:2017 were also considered at the design stage.

Life course stations are to be fixed to the ground. they can be laid either on solid slab or on grass or sand by means of special galvanized steel brackets. The basic equipment includes brackets for connection to the ground with concrete belocchetto. For use on solid surfaces (such as concrete, stone, asphalt), the appropriate metal brackets are required.
