Pressure-injected wood impregnator
The chemical solution used consists of salts diluted to a low concentration in water and conveyed by it into the wood and injected under pressure.
Surface impregnation for coloured wood
We use non-toxic BIO-VARNISHES made from raw materials of a vegetable nature (agro-food industry waste) not in competition with human foodstuffs bearing the European Decovery® label.
All the paints we use contain an anti-bacterial solution that offers an extra guarantee for user safety.
Zero impact on the environment
All chemical components used are diluted in water and dosed according to the standards of the safety regulations and under the strict supervision of the TÜV certification body, using mineral salts that are non-toxic to humans, animals and the environment.

Natural wood
Not all wood needs treatment! Some wood species such as Larch and Robinia have a much higher durability class than others, even when exposed to the most unfavourable environmental conditions. These woods do not need treatment to be used outdoors, Legnolandia uses them for all installations with zero environmental impact.
Checks
Treatments are governed by procedures and control cycles applied according to current safety standards and monitored by the TÜV SÜD certification body with UNI EN ISO-9001 Total Quality and UNI EN ISO-14001 Environmental Management certificates.
Safety of the finished product
Once the treatment is complete, the timber is left in the air for natural or forced drying. The mineralisation of preservatives and additives and the drying of the wood allow the wood surfaces to remain natural, free of films and free of substances that are toxic to humans, animals and the environment.
Treatment against third parties
In addition to treatment on our own products, wood preservation impregnation by means of autoclaving is also carried out ‘against third parties’. This ‘high pressure’ treatment is not only more efficient than any other type of wood treatment (brush or spray), it is also much more economical. Treatments against rotting and for fire resistance (intumescent fireproof wood treatment) are carried out.
