In many regions of Italy and Europe, schools are adopting an educational model that is considered better than pre-Covid.
The idea of the outdoor school is that of safe, clean, inclusive, affective education, in continuous and constant tune with the territory. The outdoor spaces for outdoor classrooms can be organized with furniture located in the shade of the trees, or in special open structures that shade the children’s stations. “Classrooms in nature” can be supplemented with sensory nature tracks, learning gardens, and skill trails to take full advantage of the potential of outdoor learning.
